WebDesys is hiring a Business Development Manager to own our client acquisition strategy and lead a small team of business development executives. You will build and manage the sales pipeline, negotiate and close deals with mid-to-large clients, and work directly with leadership to shape pricing and service packaging for website, app, and digital marketing engagements.
3+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in an IT services or digital agency environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience managing or mentoring a small sales team Strong negotiation and client relationship skills Ability to understand technical service offerings well enough to scope and price engagements
